All fees are to be negotiated in good faith prior to the confirmation of the signing
request. Fees may include travel fees, copy charges, edoc fees and fax fees.

Whenever travel has occurred a full signing fee is due and payable regardless of the
outcome of the transaction. If a return trip is necessary it will also be billed at the
initial agreed upon fee.

Additional amounts applied to the base fee are determined by distance and location.
Also copy charges, edoc fees and fax fees.

Outsource Mobile Signing Agent Base Fees

Base fee: $80.00 (this fee does not include travel or edocs)
Travel fee: $.445/ per mile as allowed by federal regulations
Edoc Fee: $25.00 (single loan w/copy for borrower)
2nd Mortgage Fee: $15.00 (under 100 pages)
Fax Fee: 0.00
Copy Fee: Please request fee.
Cancellation Fee/w Travel: Full negotiated price
Trip Fee: 1/2 negotiated price if signing tables at the request of borrower. Trip fee
can be reduced if reschedule is negotiated with our office.
Cancellation Fee no Travel: $45 (if paperwork has been printed and I have not
been notified by 9:00 am CST)
Cancellation Fee: $25 (if not notified by 9:00 am CST)

Special Note to our valued clients:

My husband and I are very grateful for the continued success and
continued client base increase we are experiencing. We look
forward to the end of a fantastic year and soon the beginning of
another great year.

We have had to slightly increase our base fee to compensate for the
increasing gas prices and instability in the gas market. We may have
to increase further but for now we would like to still keep the base
fee reasonable. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause
and would still like to stress that as always the final fees are
ultimately determined on a case by case basis due to distance, time
and printing.

We are now offering a flat rate for all closings. Please be sure to ask
what the flat rate by county will be if you are interested. This will also
include return package delivery if desired, making it an all inclusive
fee.

We will no longer be accepting work that does not fund if the loan
does not ultimately close. By accepting Outsource Administrative
Service as your closing solution you will pay a full fee regardless of
the final outcome of the transaction. Once the loan is signed and
returned to your company via your delivery method, full payment is
due on or within 30 days. No exception!

Under the laws of the state of Wisconsin a notary public is entitled to the following
fees when performing official notarial duties.

Acknowledgments: $.50
Jurats: No fee prescribed
Oaths & Affirmations: No fee prescribed
Protest: $1.00 + $.50 for copy + $.50 for each notice
Affidavits: $.50/page for drawing + $.12/page for copies
Additional Information: No fee for oath related to voting
All other fees such as a base fee are determined by distance and location.
