A Notary Signing Agent is a Notary with special expertise in notarizing loan
documents. He or she is hired as an independent contractor by either a
Closing Agent, Title or Escrow Firm, Real Estate Lender or Signing
Company or services.
These companies ensure that the loan documents are delivered by me to
the borrower and signed correctly and notarized properly according to
Wisconsin State Law. Then the documents are returned in a timely manner
for processing.
I have 10 years of notary experience in addition to loan document and Real Estate document experience. I currently have a consistent working relationship with National, State and Regional Signing Companies, Closing Agents, Lenders, Escrow and Title Companies. I am also a Certified Notary Signing Agent specializing in loan document notarization.

A "notarization" is more precisely called a "Notarial Act". This means
any act that a notary public is authorized to perform includes:
- Taking an Acknowledgment
- Administering an Oath or Affirmation
- Taking verification upon Oath or Affirmation
- Witnessing or attesting a signature
- Certifying or attesting a copy
- And noting a protest of a negotiable instrument
Further information can be found in the Wisconsin State Statutes.
